Digital Banking FAQs
How do I enroll in digital banking?
You can enroll in digital banking on the Wings website or by downloading the mobile app from your device's app store.
- In the upper right on the Wings website, click on the "Log In" button to show the dropdown
- Click on the "New User" link
- Fill out the requested information
What do I do if I forgot my digital banking password and/or username?
If you do not know your password and/or username, select the "Forgot Username/Password" option on the digital banking sign in screen and follow the verification instructions.
What do I do If I have been locked out of digital banking?
If you have been locked out of digital banking, you must contact a Member Service Representative at (952) 997-8000 during business hours so we can unlock your account.
For your security, we will lock out anyone who is unsuccessful in multiple attempts to log into your account. We want to verify that it is you who is trying to access the account and will ask personal information to reset the account login information.
Why am I being asked to update my digital banking password?
Your password may have appeared in a known data breach outside of Wings, which could put your account at risk. As a precaution, we’re asking you to create a new password to help keep your information secure.
To update your password safely, sign in directly through the Wings digital banking app or by visiting our website. Do not share your password, verification codes, PIN, or full account information with anyone. Wings will never ask for this information by phone, text or email.
When you update your password, we’ll help ensure your new password hasn’t appeared in any known breaches. Wings also monitors trusted security intelligence sources for compromised passwords to help protect members’ information.
