Low Loan Origination Fee
Wings has a low, fixed Loan Origination Fee on our mortgage loans, while other lenders often charge 1% of the loan amount. With Wings’ fixed fee, you could save hundreds, even thousands, in fees!

ARM interest rates are fixed for an initial period and may increase or decrease thereafter according to the loan terms. Monthly principal and interest payments may increase or decrease after the initial fixed-rate period.
