Savings & Checking Disclosure & Fee Schedule
1Dividends are calculated based on the average daily balance in the account. If requirements are met, a higher rate will be paid for the first $25,000 and a lower rate will be paid for any amounts over $25,000. If requirements are not met, your dividend rate on your entire balance will be the lower rate.
To earn the higher dividend rate, members must meet the following requirements:
- Must be enrolled in eDocuments
- Must have ACH direct deposit(s) totaling $1,000 or more in the 34 calendar days preceding the last day of the month. Income earned through self-employment or working an IRS classified “Gig Economy” job does not qualify as direct deposit.
- Must have 15 net PIN or signature point-of-sale debit or credit card transactions over $5 in the 34 calendar days preceding the last business day of the month. The net is calculated by counting the number of PIN and signature point-of-sale debit purchase transactions over $5 on a Wings debit or credit card and subtracting any PIN or signature point-of-sale return transactions processed during that period.

General Bonus Requirements:
1. One offer per person. Must be 18 years or older. Valid for U.S. residents only.
2. Membership with a Share Savings account and $5 minimum deposit required and must be opened at the same time as checking account.
3. Accounts must be opened between 5/1/26-6/30/26.
4. Accounts must be funded within 21 business days of opening.

Checking Account Bonus Requirements:
Each of the following must also be completed using the same checking account within 60 days of account opening:
10. Establish recurring qualified payroll direct deposit(s) totaling $3,000 or more for a $300 bonus, $4,000 or more for a $400 bonus, or $5,000 or more for a $500 bonus.
-“Recurring” is defined as a direct deposit of any amount that occurs more than once during the 60 days following account opening as required above.
-A “qualified payroll direct deposit” is an Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) automatic and electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security or other regular income into your Wings account, deposited as a Pre-arranged Payment and Deposit (“PPD”) entry. Income earned through self-employment or working an IRS-classified “Gig Economy” job does not qualify as a qualified direct deposit. Other electronic deposits or person-to-person payments are not considered a qualified direct deposit. For questions on how your payroll is coded, please consult your payroll processor, HR department, etc.
11. Direct deposit must also be active during the bonus payout period.
-An “active” direct deposit is defined by having made a direct deposit within 60 days of the payout period.

14. Complete 10 or more net PIN or signature-based debit card or credit card purchases of $5 or more each.
-“Purchases” are not electronic transfers such as person-to-person payments via digital payment platforms or mobile payment apps.
Additional Information:
- If requirements are met, checking account bonus will be paid the week of 9/7/26 (“bonus payout period”) as a deposit to the Wings checking account.
- If you do not meet the requirements for this offer, you will not receive the bonus.
- Disputes regarding promotion requirements must be submitted to Wings Credit Union by 11/2/26 in service center, via phone, or online.
