Participants do not receive compensation, leads, or exclusive access to members, and Wings does not endorse participating organizations, require referrals, or provide member contact information to event partners. 

The proposed communications will comply with applicable CAN-SPAM requirements, including the use of accurate subject lines, identification of the sender, inclusion of a valid physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out mechanism, where applicable and excluding the registration auto-reply because the member has opted-in to participate.
